Welcome to Kore Natural Medicine

Natural medicine that treats symptoms at their root

Now accepting in-person appointments at our new location in Walnut Creek, CA

You deserve a doctor that listens intently, cares deeply, and treats you as the priority.

Personalized, patient-first healthcare is just a click away.

Meet Dr. Uppal

As a doctor of naturopathic medicine, I’ve found that the most pressing problem facing Americans is the prevalence of chronic disease.

Conventional treatment is often symptom-first, leading to the overuse of pharmaceutical medications and their associated interactions and side effects.

At Kore, the patient comes first, starting with the time and attention required to get to know them as a whole person before treatment is recommended.

How it works:

1. Initial consult

Your doctor should want to listen
Your journey to better health begins with an initial consultation at our clinic.
During this session, we'll discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals. This is your opportunity to share your story and for us to understand your unique needs.

2. Treatment plan

The closer to nature, the gentler the healing
Based on the insights gained from your initial consultation, we'll develop a customized treatment plan that addresses your specific health concerns.
This plan may include a combination of dietary recommendations, lifestyle modifications, natural supplements, and other complementary modalities.

3. Ongoing care

As a Kore patient, you're our priority
Your health journey is an ongoing process, and we're committed to providing you with continuous support.
We'll regularly monitor your progress, adjust your treatment plan as needed, and offer guidance and education to empower you in maintaining and enhancing your health.

Your questions, answered

Common patient questions

What's the difference between a naturopathic doctor and a [naturopath / dietician / homeopath / etc.]?

Naturopathic doctors undergo a rigorous educational program, and are licensed only after a 4-year doctorate and two national board examinations.

Naturopaths, dieticians, and other holistic providers do not receive equivalent education or licensing, meaning they are not legally permitted to evaluate, diagnose, or treat medical conditions.
