What's New At Kore: Dec 2025

Support Energy, Balance Hormones, Age Well

If your energy isn’t what it used to be — or your recovery takes longer than it should — NAD+ might be part of the reason.

So... what is NAD+?
NAD+ is a coenzyme that keeps your cells producing energy and repairing damage, but it naturally declines with age.
When that happens, energy dips, recovery slows, sleep gets disrupted, and inflammation creeps in.

It’s also one of the quiet drivers behind symptoms that feel “hormonal,” because low NAD+ affects how other hormones function.

What can I do about the declining levels?
You can take steps to replenish your body’s supply, helping restore efficient energy production, metabolism, and overall vitality.

NAD⁺ injections are available in-office, we can show you how to administer them safely at home or you can get them administered as an IV. We do NOT recommend oral NAD+ at this time.

Curious about your symptoms?
Ask Dr. Uppal about NAD+ at your next visit.

It Matters Where You Do Your Labs...

“My doctor already checked my hormones — everything came back normal.”

We hear that a lot... but often, the tests being run aren't the right ones. Instead, most primary care providers or OBs use faster, lower-cost versions of hormone tests that aren’t as sensitive or specific.

What that means for you (and your treatment), is that your results can come back 'normal' — even when something’s off.

Progesterone Testing: Conventional vs. Kore

If your results aren't accurate, your symptoms can be dismissed, or your treatment plan can be built on the wrong data. Getting accurate data is especially important when it comes to:

1. Identifying a baseline:
If the test isn’t specific enough, your results can come back “normal” even when your levels are off — giving you a false sense of reassurance.

2. Tracking treatment:
If you’re already being treated, inaccurate tests can make your hormones look higher or lower than they really are, and can mislead our interpretation of your symptoms.

Better data, better care

At Kore, we use advanced, highly specific testing to show what’s really happening with your hormones. This helps us align how you feel with precise data and keep your levels in disease-preventive ranges—making your care targeted and effective.
